Thanks for the help. I have applied the latest client access service pack and
can now see the folders I need.

Subject: Downloading ptfs

I'm trying to download a PTF and now I don't see the QDLS folder. It appears
that someone has changed some setting on my computer. I have had this problem
before and it took some time to find someone at my company that could give me
visibility of the folder - and he was able to do this only by luck- he didn't
know what he was doing. It is not that I am being denied access. I don't even
see the folder when I go through network neighborhood and click on the as/400
server. I just see the printers attached to the as/400. I'm sure someone out
there knows the answer to this. I would appreciate any help that you could give
me.

-I'm running Windows NT 4.0 and client access 3.2
Thanks
Chris
