downloading ptf's

We've discovered that when you run service pack 59075 Ops Nav
overwrites your security rights and gives only basic operations.
We've had no luck with fixing it yet, I've just re installed CA
v3r2 sp 57002 which works okay. Hope this helps!

(Actually I've insisted on all users having sp 59075 as it
ensures none of them can get around any security flaws we may
have.)
