Have you heard of the NetConference program?

NetConferences are web based presentations hosted by MAPICS on Tuesday and
Thursday mornings at 11:00 AM EST (US). Two weeks after the live event an
archive of each presentation (including both the audio and the video) is
available for download in a RealPlayer 7 file.

Topics covered to date have included upgrading to Release 6, an overview of
Release 6, PLM&C, and optimization of your AS/400's performance. It is not
a coincidence that MAPICS is presenting detailed discussions covering the
topics that come up most frequently in this discussion group. Topics
coming up in December include a thorough review of our web based support
tools (did you know that many XA users resolve all their issues on-line,
and others work with support at their convenience without ever picking up
the phone) and a special two session overview of the soon to be released
changes to the COM Pick, Pack and Ship process (the changes to Pick, Pack
and Ship are very significant- COM users should plan to attend both
sessions).

To register for the NetConference program please visit

Please follow the instructions included on the site. You may forward your
suggestions or comments to net.conference@mapics.com.
