I need to capture order maintenance with reason code data at the line
item
level. I'm using the "maintenance reason popup" user exit to funnel the
data into a file for analysis purposes.

My concern is when the user keys a "4" to delete an individual line
item,
the user exit seems to be triggered at an order header level instead of a
line item level. I can't determine which line item is going to be deleted
so I can grab the data.

Does anyone have any suggestions?????? We're using MAPICS XA Rel. 5.

        TIA,
                Heidi
