There's also a very good tool you can download from the Mapics
web site call "Entity Relationship List"  or ERL.  The ptf's for
version 5 are SH13305 for COM and SH13306 for IFM.  These also
exist for other versions of Mapics. To find them look under the
Information PTF's section

I've been tasked with designing and writing reports and inquiries.
How can I get a listing of all the file names and descriptions in the MAPICS
library. I also want a listing of all the fields in each file. Logicals with
their filters and sorts would be nice too.

Is there an AS/400 utility or MAPICS product that will generate a data
dictionary for me and put it in a table or file I can download into a
spreadsheet?
