Try using the AMZM3E menu, options 2 and 3 to create a new action and task.
(You create the Task first, then link it to the Action). This would allow you
to create user-defined command that can be executed from the command line in
MAPICS.

Subject: Another Automated Offline File Maintenance Question

I just put into production the automated Offline file maintenance. But the
users don't have authority to the STRMAPICS command. I gave them authority
in "CAS Environment and Command Line Access" where one of the options was
"Access to all MAPICS commands ". Still won't work. Any suggestions? I have
been searching the users guide but no luck yet.

Thanks in advance,
Brenda
