Subject: MAPICS Users Group Meeting

Hello, everyone!

I just got back from a great conference in Chicago. How many folks made it
to the annual meeting, and what were your impressions?

I am particularly excited about their commitment to the client/server
technologies. Some best of breed products have an advantage over the new
Mapics equivalent (Act over Frontdoor OMS), but the tight integration is a
big plus for the Mapics program.

What was your best moment of the event? Did you come away from a session and
say "Wow! I need to be doing that!", or were you not that impressed with the
new stuff?
