  • Subject: Balance Sheet Report

One of our customers (we are a Mapics affiliate) is converting from Mapics
II to XA Release 5. They are in production with their Mapics II environment
on the Advanced 36 running on their new RISC box. On the AS/400 side they
have a new test environment at Release 5 with data.

When they print the Balance Sheet report (AMG44RP) through the Release 5
environment, only the lines with headings or zero balances will print. If
they print it through the Mapics II environment it is ok. The printer in
question is managed from the AS/400 side. The spool file appears to contain
all the correct data. Other reports and documents have printed correctly on
this printer from either environment.

Any ideas?

Thank you very much,
