I'll see if I can make web start part of the next distro. As far as the Mac version is concerned, if you can install the current version found at my web site ( http://www.petesworkshop.com/downloads/tn5250j-install-0.6.2_beta-1.jar) , it might possibly take care of some of the bugs listed as mac related at the Sourceforge site. The version available from Sourceforge, unless built from SVN, is quite old. I have a feeling some of the older bugs have been fixed but the status hasn't been cleaned up yet so I want to make sure that the latest available code is what is tested against. Once I have an idea of what the universe of issues are, I can put together a plan to clean stuff up.

Thanks for the offer. If you get a chance to verify the bugs are still bugs then we'll figure out how to handle them.

I do, and I might have some time for this, but I do not know much about the insides, but I am very interested in a platform independent alternative to Client Access.

Also a runnable jar (not needing to be installed) and a Web Start setup would be very useful.
