Jack,

Does Solaris have locale.h? ISTR that not all platforms have locale.h and that is why I have it surrounded with #ifdef HAVE_LOCALE_H but I can't remember which platforms lack it. Upon review I can't seem to find any platforms that don't have locale.h so now I'm thinking I was wrong in the first place.

If anyone else is aware of platforms which don't have locale.h please let me know.
