This is a very easy option to add, so I went ahead and added it, and
then updated CVS to have this new option.

So, please re-checkout CVS and re-build tn5250 -- once you've done that,
add the +always_ask to your tn5250rc file.  Then, TN5250 should always ask
for a new printer.
