I assume that *you* do?  If so, that's enough justification.

Please create a patch (I prefer unified, but context will work as
well) and, if the changes are small, send them to the list for group
review.  If they're large, please send them to me directly.

If you're working from CVS, you can create a patch from CVS directly
with "cvs diff -uR" the only other way I know to make patches in Windows
would be to use Cygwin...   though, I'm sure there are other ways...

If you're completely lost on what I'm saying, just send me the source
files that you've changed and tell me where you got them from (version of
tn5250) and I'll create the appropriate patches and post them to the list.
