Re: Gnome-5250 make problems

Okay, I've committed changes that make the SHIFT+LEFT, SHIFT+RIGHT and
SHIFT+HOME keys work in the Gnome terminal.

I've also added support for the +ruler keyword to the gnome5250 terminal.
