Re: Update to Windows Binary Dist

Ok, testing new version:
-- The -/+resize_fonts works great

-- 13 out of 18 special Polish characters are displayed correctly. I think
the other 5 are broken because of recode. Please send me transmaps.h - I
will verify win-1250 and iso8859-2. Finally I will be able to use standard
binary distributions :).

-- +dialog works fine

The other three issues remain actual:
-- ruller "cutting" the cursor
-- not blinking cursor
-- column separators - CA uses lines (the way you do it) or "dots" - also
lines, but only two pixel long. If I'm not explaining it clearly, I can send
you a screenshot - just let me know.
