We were running a bunch of about 80 IBM Terminals with 122 key Keyboards (24
F Keys and so on) Now I'd like to use these old Keyboards with Linux (as some
people have problems with F4 + shift = F16 :P )

I know how to do it, that is not the question. The question is:

"Is there a keymap for those Keyboards? Did anyone do that thing befor?"

n.b. I am using th5250 in text-terminal NOT with X

Thanks in advance.
