scs2pdf page size and ahpp

I tested the code from current cvs and the results are better then ever
before. Nevertheless, the calculation of page width doesn't take into
account, that AHPP can skip backwards. Here is a micro patch, that
simply resets the column counter.

I found another interesting behaviour: When I print a report with
12 CPI, pagesize of 96x72 characters, I get different output from
lp5250d vs. lpr/lpd. The lp5250d output has much more SCS commands,
telling page size, CPI and so on. The lpr/lpd output has only AVPP and
AHPP. The remote OUTQ is defined with TRANSFORM(*NO). It seems, OS400 is
throwing away important info, when printing to lpd. OS400 is version
V4R3.

The font substituted for 12 CPI is a little bit to wide, the 3 or 4
rightmost characters are falling off the right paper margin.
