Okay, I've committed Windows support into the 0.17.x branch of TN5250 in
CVS.  Instructions for downloading & installing GLIB have been added to
the README.txt file in the win32/ directory.

Please refer to that file for instructions on building under Windows.

If you're already using the Windows version under 0.16.3, there's no
reason to upgrade, it works exactly the same (with the exception that the
0.17 branch requires GLIB)
