xt5250 script and color

I have another little suggestion: Perhaps we should change xt5250 to not
set background and foreground colors on the command line of xterm. We
should instead add options "xt5250*foreground: white" and
"xt5250*background: black" to our resource file
(/usr/local/share/xt5250/XTerm). This way users can cutomize there
colors the usual way, using a ~/.Xresources file.
