scs.c isn't there.  I know scs.c isn't in the diff, that's why I posted
the file separately.  Maybe there is a way to run diff that includes new
files that I don't know about?  The diffs always say something like:

only in tn5250/src: scs.c

but never put the contents of scs.c in the diff.  Maybe I'm missing
something?  Anyway, scs.c needs to be added to cvs or no one is going to
be able to build anything.
