new HOWTO files

Hi folks,
        I've put up some new HOWTO files.  I also added a new format: pdf.
tn5250-HOWTO.pdf doesn't seem to work right with xpdf but it is fine with
Acrobat Reader.  Here's what is new:

1. Fix some spelling and grammar errors (more grammar errors remain - I
left my proof with corrections at home).
2. Added new section for lp5250d - it doesn't have any text yet, though.
3. Added a few sentences about SSL.
4. Added a few sentences about changing colors.
5. Filled out the key mapping section better.  Still needs work.  Working
on making a list that will help people to translate the key combinations
listed in the man page to value strings in .Xdefaults.
6. Added new file format: tn5250-HOWTO.pdf.

Some people reported trouble accessing the files using passive ftp.  The
firewall is probably to blame for this.  Until I get that resolved please
try to use active ftp.  If that is not an option for you send me an email
and I will email them to you.
