Hi,

I just received my used AS/400 (9402 Model 400). Somehow in my
excitement, I didn't realize that it doesn't have a network adapter.
Doh!

It does have a 2612 EIA232 adapter, and according to what I could find
in the online documentation, I should be able to run a SLIP connection
over this. My question is: Will the AS/400 allow me to use a
null-modem cable to connect to a linux box using SLIP? I'm reasonably
sure I could do it using modems, but I'd rather not get a second phone
line. ;-)
