Your system needs to know where to find run time libraries. You should have an 
entry for /usr/local/lib in /etc/ld.so.conf - if not do the following (as root)
 
# echo "/usr/local/lib" >> /etc/ld.so.conf

Run ldconfig to pick up any changes in the above file.

# /sbin/ldconfig

Hopefully gnome-5250 should run now.

Note: This is for Redhat based systems; I don't know if the locations are the 
same for other distros.
