Check around WRQ's website. I know they have some excellent tools for emulator
testing, however last I knew the tools were internal only. There are some 3270
emulator test tools, also written by WRQ, which should be public domain. These
included full screen read/writes, graphics manipulation, and HLLAPI test 
scripts.
