CVS compiling -- LINUX5250

Hello all!

Sorry but I'm a lamer in the CVS! I never used it, and if Jason doesn't
write either letter how can I downloading/getting it, I can't make it
:))
So I made the cvs checkout, and I get several files but, how can I
compiling those in? I was read the README, and there are: ./configure;
make; make install, but I haven't configure script!
In the .cvsignore file are these files name! So what should I do? How
can I use it?

Ps.: On the IRC, have the tn5250 a channel? If yes, what's its name?
