Re: 0.15.x tar not for non-root user -- LINUX5250

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

Will be fixed in the next release, although I'm not sure that should
prevent them from installing it - tar should just issue a warning that
it couldn't set the uid/gid of the file it was unpacking.
