FYI, Graphical Access seems to be getting phased out by IBM.  Client
Access Express doesn't include it, for instance.

Some of the Graphical Access support is from an extended data stream.
The AS/400 generates this for UIM panels that have been defined with
something like

   :PANEL ENBGUI=YES.

at least when the emulator can support it.  For DDS screens, there are
commercial products to add the same support.
