Also, I implemented a real live Field + key (just the normal + key when in
a numeric field).  This was previously wired to a plain field exit, which
didn't give user's the ability to change a negative number to a positive.

Also, negative numbers should now work in 'Number Only' fields instead of just
'Signed number' fields now.

None of this has been tested real well (if at all), but I must sleep ...
