Keyboard mapping?  Ha! ;)

Really it's very alphaish, and not all of the keys are even present.
Actually, the code for the Win32 front-end has been removed, and will be
replaced (hopefully soon) by the code for the GTK+ front end (there is a
GTK+ port to Windows).  Until then, I would recommend using PowerTERM (by
Ericom?) under Windows.  PowerTERM is _really_ cool, even if it _is_
shareware/demoware.

If you really want to get it to work, you should probably get 0.13.2 or 0.13.3
source (before Windows support was removed, and before it didn't work anymore),
and hack the keyboard mapping in winterm.c
