Is there an IAS guru in the house?

(Note that I don't fully understand this myself; I'm only peripherally involved.)

We seem to be having a "memory settings" issue, and possibly other issues, with IAS, and an application that uses the BIRT reporting tool suite, on a customer box.

1. Does anybody here know how to set heap-size and perm-size parameters (-Xms512 -Xmx1024m -XX:PermSize=128m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m) for IAS? I don't see anything about that in the Admin web page for our box.

2. Where do we look for BIRT logs? We know that if application "Foo" is running on Tomcat, deployed at %tomcat/webapp/foo/, we'd find the BIRT logs at %tomcat/webapp/foo/birt/logs/. Where would we look for them with our IAS?
