A good place to start with the native driver is
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/iseries/v6r1m0/index.jsp .

It's pretty much the same as the toolbox but the class name is
com.ibm.db2.jdbc.app.DB2Driver and the URL subprotocol is db2 if you're
using the DriverManager approach.
