It used to be that if you called

Runtime.getRuntime().exec(
"/QSYS.LIB/FOO.LIB/BAR.PGM XYZ 123 'this is a test' 'I like spam'");

where FOO/BAR is an ILE program, FOO/BAR would get arguments of:
XYZ
123
this is a test
I like spam

But now, it seems like I'm getting:

XYZ
123
'this
is
a
test'
'I
like
spam'

Did something change? I mean, obviously, I'm going to have to either do some major surgery on the parameters, or rework the calling program to run the called ILE program through the access classes, but DID SOMETHING CHANGE?!?
