So basically DocKey = Store # as string + Session ID as string but
numberics only + Date in VB notation + a check sum.

If:
Store# = 1234567
Session ID = 342ws546922jCxer56
Date = 20100319
Time = 13:21:13.12345

The DocKey = 1234567342546922562010031913211312345x where x = some check
digit.

It builds a Dockey out of the input store and session id, appending the
date in VB notation and a mod 10 self check character. There' some
simple manipulation of the store and session. Dockey is placed in the
third parameter.

Yes, you could do this in RPG or C.
