Look for:

IBM DB2 Driver for JDBC and SQLJ

from software.ibm.com

It's a free download, but you have to register and log in.

I think you'd do just as well with the free JT400 or JTopen download,
though. They're all pure java.

I wouldn't try to use the licensed version as you're pointing out. Note
that all jdbc works the same from your application as long as you have
the connect string in the url right.

Oracle's free SQL Developer tool can connect to DB2 and iseries using
JDBC drivers (Based on what i read)


problem is i am not able to find the JDBC jar files anywhere !?
db2jcc.jar and db2jcc_license_cisuz.jar

and the "db2jcc_license_cisuz.jar" is especially missing !!!

anyone knows where to locate these and download them ??
