Could you be a bit more specific? :-) I'm currently looking at Eclipse 3.5 RC3 (the JEE version which we use is now available) and the killer feature for us there is the ability to generate an executable jar with dependent jars nicely packaged next to the jar and the manifest Class-Path set up correctly. It is SO nice :)

I'd love to hear about what NetBeans can do for us :-D
