Last reply for me on this, since it's between you and IBM: put aside the $800 a year that you WON"T have to pay for WDSC, since IBM is giving it to you for free, and then the tool will only be $2400 (less whatever discount IBM will be willing to give you).

If the issue is the one-time cost of $4000 per seat, then use MyEclipse.
