Hi
So it actually works pretty well, calling Java from

Quite.

My requirement is to call a web service, from AS400
application,
So i was trying to find, if i can call web service
directly from RPGLE program, or call a java program
from RPGLE which in turn would call the web service.
Any hints or ideas about it

You can call a web service for either language (and just about any
network aware language, really.). Web services are generally a high
level abstraction over computer networking. Is it a simple http
request? Without specifics on the web service in question, I can't
really give you more hints than that.

I can tell you that this will be easiest from whatever language you're
most comfortable with.
