Lib list is okay.

QZRCSRVS runs under QUSER. I am checking on that as I have thought of that one. If QUSER authority were the problem I would expect to see problems elsewhere. We just use QUSER as an internal user.

Failing that, follow Joe's suggestion, and try and track down the exact error.

And above all else, don't make any assumptions about what you'll find.
