Switching from 1.3 to 1.4 ...

Hi:

Believe it or not, we have never moved from version 1.3 for our iSeries. 
Is using 1.4 as simple as installing  5722-JV1 Option 6 ? We have several 
Java applications residing on the iSeries in the IFS that were developed 
in WDSCi and compiled under 1.3. Will these have to be recompiled and 
redeployed? We are also running WAS Express 5.1. It looks as though it is 
using 1.4 already ("Java Home = /QIBM/ProdData/Java400/jdk14"), so I 
assume this change would not affect WAS at all.
