I guess that is the issue, i thought the job would get
the library list from the CL job submiting this Java
job in Batch.
But what is very weird is that it connects to
OUTDATAQ, and is waiting for RPG program to write data
in the Data queue, 
so that means it finds this object, but when it is
writing back to INDTAQ, it says that object does not
exists,

That is very intresting, can you explain this why
