Job descriptions for java threads.

I am currently calling a java program at different points within a batch
process.  The java program submits 2 threads, each which calls an RPG
program.  The problem is that I would like the threads to run using the same
job description as the job that initially called the java program.  Instead
the threads are getting submitted with the jobd from the user profile who
initially submitted the batch process.  Is there anyway to specify the jobd
under which the threads run?
