QSERVER, QSYSWRK, and QUSRWRK prestart jobs

Could someone at v5r2 send me a quick list of the prestart jobs for QSERVER,  
QSYSWRK, and QUSRWRK. I have one machine at v4r4 that works fine and new 
machine at v5r2 that gives me  the error listed below when our client 
applications try to access the database via jtopen.

java.sql.SQLException: The application requester cannot establish the 
connection. (Not able to pass connection to server job.  Unknown or 
unrecoverable error occurred.)

I think this is caused by the connection from the signon server deamon job to 
the signon server job. I can't find any in the history log, but each time I try 
to connect I get " Host server error occurred with reason code 5. - 5 -- 
Starting of the host server job failed." logged under QZSOSGND.
