Help explain why the jt400Native.jar won't optimize fully

Here is the command I use to submit optimization (it gets ported to
other systems too...).  It runs for many hours.  (The reason the for the
'find' is because I often optimize several selected jars).

The jtopen version I used to have (3.3) fully optimized...
