Help explain why CRTJVAPGM does not optimize all Classes in jt400Native.jar -- JAVA400-L

I keep trying to do a CRTJVAPGM on the jt400Native.jar on the iSeries
V5R1.  The Java version is 1.3.  This is the latest version of JTOPEN
4.5.

All the classes do not create current Java programs.  All the other jars
that I have optimized have ALL of the classes with current Java
programs.

Please help!  Has anyone experienced this?
