You can use the property -Dos400.stdout=file:pathToYourfile

Using the RUNJAVA command:

   RUNJAVA CLASS(whatever)                   
        PROP((os400.stdout 'file:/home/mydir/mystdout.txt')) 

You can handle stderr the same way.
