This may be related to APAR MA25612, for which no PTF is yet available.  Or,
this could be related to a missing service program needed by
java.util.Currency (ie a problem with your JDK installation).

You can contact IBM SupportLine to report the error and ask them to help you
find the cause.  Running with the Xverbose options (I forget the exact
syntax, type java -Xhelp) might also help pinpoint the problem.
