I seem to recall that you needed an extra delimiter in the front of the *LIBL.So it would look something like this:

"jdbc:db2://*LOCAL;naming=SYSTEM;libraries=,LIBA,LIBB";

There is a file MYFILE in LIBB. I query MYFILE using "SELECT * FROM MYFILE". On a V4R5 box I get "File MYFILE in LIBA type *FILE not found". However, the same program work on V5R1 and V5R2 boxes.
