David

Thanks for the reply. I think I may have
misinterpreted the error. I'll reply on here if I have
a solution/further problems.

Essentially, I'm using WSDC's program call wizard to
generate a java bean to remotely call an iSeries RPG
program. The program call wizard actually generates 2
beans ( if you select the option to set the bean up as
a web service ). One bean is named xxServices and one
is named xxResult ( xx is the name chosen for the bean
)

Now, if I run the Web Services wizard over this web
project and select to create a test client, the test
client falls over trying to compile Result.jsp as it
can't find the xxResult class. I initially interpreted
this as SOAP not having a serializer for the xxResult
object, but on closer investigation of the generated
beans, it never needs one.

If I write the java bean myself the web services
wizard runs just fine as there is no xxResult bean.

I've got some things to try before I post the code and
waste anyone's time.

Regards

Niall
