ok, I've been paying too much attention to the war in Iraq...

I saw "Tomcat" and "Apache" and thought they were aircraft.... I wondered how 
they could fit on three AS/400s....

ok, clutching at straws...

FTP the workers.properties file from a working system to the problem system 
(after deleting the existing one).

If the error message says it cannot open the workers file, there may be a 
problem with the data.
