TomCat/Apache

I am trying to run an applet on TomCat/Apache. I changed the worker.properties 
to refer to JDK 1.4 that I downloaded from Sun and changed the class path for 
jaws.jar & rt.jar that I downloaded. I also changed the path for xarces.jar.  I 
am still getting an error for JVM 1.3.1 when I run the applet.  I would have to 
use JVM 1.4.1 instead.   What should I do? I can attach my worker.properties if 
you need to see.
