Oh, man, one of my pet peeves.  Program *always* crashes when you run it
live.  Run it in debug and it *always* works.

I've learned, though, that 99% of the time it's a pointer issue.  It seems
that in most debugs the memory stack is handled differently, somehow, than
running production.
